These four-stroke outboard motors have a displacement of 2.1 liters, which means they work smarter – with less stress – leading to improved reliability and a longer lifespan, not to mention greater starting acceleration, excellent overall acceleration, and breathtaking top speeds.

Smooth and Quiet
Noise and vibrations are minimized by the sealed, thermally linked engine cover, the end muffler, which uses an acoustic filter to reduce high-frequency exhaust noise, a new, smooth-running clutch design, and Mercury's exclusive Focused Mount System.

Easy to Maintain
No tools are required to replace the fuel filter, and it can be done in less than a minute. Thanks to Mercury's maintenance-free valve, you do not need to perform costly valve adjustments.

Fuel Efficient
With less weight combined with large displacement, these four-stroke outboard motors offer maximum fuel efficiency, especially at cruising speed. Special oil deflectors and bearings minimize friction on the crankshaft, which also helps reduce fuel consumption.
