Original Mercury fuel pump ball, not a cheap imitation that fails after one season. Includes two plastic hose clamps for crimping, but we recommend stainless steel clamps; see recommendations. The fuel pump ball fits fuel hoses with an inner diameter of 5/16" (8 mm) or 3/8" (9.5 mm). Overall length approx. 18 cm, diameter approx. 5 cm. Complies with US EPA guidelines, with low permeation, making it ideal for replacing or expanding existing fuel systems.
Our tip: An arrow is molded into the fuel pump ball, indicating the direction of fuel flow. When pumping, hold the fuel pump ball so that the arrow points upwards to achieve maximum pumping performance.
Suitable for gasoline (regular, premium, etc.) and diesel. Approved for E10 fuels.
