The Quicksilver 51100007P Alpha Gen II Sterndrive is a complete replacement drive for the legendary MerCruiser Alpha system. It is supplied ready to install, making it the ideal solution for replacing worn or damaged drives—without complicated modifications.

The drive features standard rotation (Right-Hand / RH) and a 2.00:1 gear ratio, perfectly matched to MerCruiser 3.0L Alpha engines up to 150 hp. It is particularly suitable for runabouts and pontoon boats at standard elevations. Use is not recommended at elevations above 5,000 feet (approx. 1,524 m), as different gear combinations are required there.
